Shipping & Handling

Most orders are shipped within two business days (excluding select Holidays). Orders may be delayed from shipment due to discrepancies in payment, billing/shipping information or high order volume. Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note, that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval.

Customer service is available Monday ~ Thursday from 10am-2pm Pacific Standard Time (excluding select Holidays). 

  • Shipping information cannot be updated or changed once the order has been placed. All shipments return to Honey Luxe Boutique due to insufficient/invalid shipping address or failed delivery attempts are subject to a return to sender fee that will be deducted from your online credit. Honey Luxe Boutique is not responsible for return to sender fees. As precaution, please make sure that all information under shipping is correct before finalizing your order.
  • We cannot make any changes to an order already placed. If you notify us prior to your order being shipped, your order will be cancelled and you can replace it at any time. Please note that once an order has been completed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
  • Orders with higher value will be shipped with a signature required to prevent lost/stolen packages. Please make sure you are available to accept the delivery on the scheduled date.

All Ground/Standard packages are shipped via UPS Ground/Standard or via USPS priority mail; your local post office will complete the delivery. Ground/Standard packages do not come with a commitment date for delivery.

UPS does not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses and does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and select Holidays.

Domestic Shipping

Standard Shipping: 2-7 business days from the date of shipment (Hawaii and Alaska requires additional transit time in most cases)

Transit time may be extended due to insufficient/invalid shipping address (i.e. missing or invalid apartment number/street number), failed delivery attempts, weather conditions and/or high package volume.

International Shipping

Due to certain restrictions, we are unable to ship to International Orders at this. We apologize for any frustrations this may cause. Please sign up for our newsletters to receive an email once we are able to ship so you can be one of the first to know.

Honey Luxe Boutique will contact you with a follow-up email or phone call if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for shipping.
